London: Grant Richards, 1919 pp 214. Illustrated with photographs and frontis portrait with tissue guard. Blue cloth with some light soiling. Spine rubbed at head and foot and darkened to a greenish yellow. Endpapers browned and inscripyion on front endpaper. Boards Fair but contents Very Good.
