Pictorial card binding in good condition with some rubbing to corners and edges with a little bubbling to laminate on front cover. Inside on half title page warmly inscribed "Happy birthday from one great leader to another, Margaret". All pages in very good condition although the book has been read with some small marks on fore edge. You've enjoyed the policies now read the book!
