"Printed in USA", rubber-stamped in a small font on the front cover. Page edges lightly soiled, with a few upper page corner slightly creased, covers faded, spine darkened and with a 3 cm split at base, 1 cm closed tear to front cover, edges of covers darkened and with a minor stain to the fore-edge of the rear cover. Good copy only..
