This slender first edtion has been translated from the Spanish by author Paul Bowles, who also wrote the introduction. Binding is square and tight. There is a previous seller's sticker on the inside front board. The unclipped, black and white pictorial dust jacket has a small tear at top of spine. Minor wear to the extremities. Pages are toned but unmarked. A delightlful collection of short stories by the author of "The Beggar's Knife.". First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good+/Very Good+. Octavo.
