[Wisconsin] (1906): The Whitewater Federation of Women's Clubs. First Edition. Octavo. A continuation added by Spencer S. Steel, 1857-1867 and edited by Albert Salisbury, 1906. portrait frontispiece of the author, 283pp., photo-illustrated ,with biographical sketches of some of the more prominent pioneers and with a roster of the whitewater volunteers during the civil war. Bound in green cloth lettered in white, spine lettering gilt, minor fraying to spine ends, previous owner's bookplate and inscription dated 1906. A very good copy of this important and scarce work pertaining to Whitewater.
