Oxford, UK: Frederick Hall / OUP. Very scarce. viii+417 pp. 9 b/w plates and twenty-one other b/w illustrations. No dustjacket, white cloth cover. Condition: Water-damage and stains to back cover which has seeped through to the index pages but not affected text. Small brown stains to spine else light edge-wear and rubbing to cover. Endpapers browned, light tanning to pages and light spotting to outer page edges, occasionally to text margins. Previous owner's inscription to ffep, o/w contents clean and unmarked. Fore-edge untrimmed. OVERSEAS ORDERS MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL POSTAGE . Good. Hardcover. 1922.
