USA: Prime Books, 2009. Hardcover. Fine/Fine. 8vo. 408pp. [vol. 1]; 287pp [vol.2]. Presumed first editions (no statement of printing). Bound in matching red cloth with gilt spine titles. Edited and introduced by Gregg Rickman. Volume 1 bears a small dent to the top of the textblock, and about six leaves have small crimps/creases at the bottom corner. Otherwise both volumes fine in fine, unclipped jackets. A handsome and well-bound collectible quality set.

All books ship free with tracking to domestic addresses via USPS Media Mail. In most cases, delivery takes place within a three to ten day window, although the vicissitudes of USPS may apply. Unless otherwise requested, expedited domestic purchases ship via USPS Priority Mail; overseas orders via USPS First Class International. Heavy or oversized books may incur additional shipping charges, as may books shipped to overseas destinations. Any additional charges required will be communicated promptly.
We take safe shipping very seriously; all of our books are packaged in new cardboard boxes amply cushioned with biodegradable packing peanuts. Pamphlets and other flat materials items are ocassionally shipped in bubble-mailers with internal cardboard supports. All books with dust jackets are fitted with brand new archival protectors prior to shipping.
