Montreal, Canada: Dev-Sco Publications Ltd, 1962. Green cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on the spine and a pictorial inlay inside gilt ruling on the front cover. Some shelf wear to the boards, two gift inscriptions (the book was regifted), and the signatures of the authors. The dust jacket has large chips, tears, and creases, with numerous tape repairs, and is now housed in a Mylar archival sleeve for protection and improved handling. 240 pages with Bibliography. Illustrated with 121 plates reproduced from old prints of Eastern Townships published between the 1830s and the 1880s. Large, heavy book that will require extra postage for expedited and international delivery.. SIGNED. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Poor.
