Larger, thinner book, shiny red leather with thin gilt borders to front, bright gilt title, elaborate gilt design and title bright on spine, spine loosened but reglued, black inside covers and adjacent end papers with white illustration of intricate paper cut-out, 252 pages plus index, top edge gilt. DJ heavy paper, green and pale yellow background with illustration of young Andersen with suitcase on front. DJ has wear and tears to most edges and tips. Poor DJ/Fine book.
