Charcoal gray cloth boards with purple decoration on cover, gold lettering on spine. No bumping or fading - small spot of wear to one lower corner tip. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound. Clean endpapers, with a little fading to edges -tiny previous owner initials at top edge of front free endpaper. Beautifully signed "Cornelia Otis Skinner" on half-title page. Illustrated with photographs. 262 pages with Index. Clean illustrated jacket has slight age-toning, no chips, a few short closed edge tears, not price clipped; enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover..
