New York, NY, USA: American Book Company, 1886 dark green boards with gold lettering; spine is lightly cocked, binding is tight but the rear hinge is cracked, corners and spine ends are bumped and worn / frayed, edges are very rubbed, cover encountered moisture at the bottom corner front and back at the spine, covers are very rubbed and has multiple spots on it, page edges are dust-soiled, pages are very yellowed, pencil markings throughout, previous owner's name on the inside front cover and markings on the inside rear cover, inside cover is soiled, light musty odor; Reading Copy ONLY

About Book Nook Monroe
We were a small independent new & used bookstore established in 1969 in historic downtown Monroe, Michigan. As of September 2021 we have closed the store to the the public and have transitioned to on-line selling only. We are diligently (most days) trying to add hundreds & hundreds of (so far ignored) books in two storage units along with the new books left in our inventory. This is gonna take awhile - stay tuned.
