London: Macmillan, 1930. Hardcover. 1st edition. 226 x 150mm. Pp xii + 428 + tissue-guarded frontis and 7 additional engravings. Blue cloth boards with printed paper label on spine. Cloth a bit marked and spine faded. Paper spine label is faded, but there is a pristine spare label tipped on to page 428. Very Good without dust-jacket.
