Includes nameplate and call sheet pasted on front end paper and call number pasted along spine. First softcover edition. Provenance: Ex-libris. Originally from the Oliver Collection of the Royal Holloway and Bedford New College Library. Library book plate, and other library markings present on spine and inside front cover.
