Latimer House, 1957. Hardcover. Good. 1957. First Edition. 92 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth. Black and white illustrations throughout. Minor foxing and tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Light creasing to gutters and hinges but binding remains firm. Pen inscription to front pastedown. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild sunning, mottling and scuffing overall. Spine has visible tanning with soft crushing to ends.
