Fine in a Very Good jacket, unclipped ($5.95), lighlty toned, generally rubbed and with a few small creases and tears. Green cloth with black ink lettering on the spine and front board. Square and firmly bound, clean internally. A novel of a newspaper man as his life takes him from Chicago to Greenwich Village, written with what the New Republic called "biting gaitity[...]bitterness and mockery.
