Illustrated, including portrait frontispiece and fold-out facsimile. Bound in full brown morocco with marbled endpapers, t.e.g., the spine with gilt titles and geometrically ruled panels, rules repeated on the covers. Paul Elder's small bookseller's ticket on the rear flyleaf of each volume.
