Edges rubbed; corners bumped and rubbed through. Hinges cracked, but repaired with archival tape. Tear in page 281-282 has also been repaired with archival tape. The binding is shaky, but secure enough for gentle handling. The text is unmarked. Suitable as a reading copy. An illustrated historical sketch of the Spanish-American War. Also contains a section of political cartoons related to the war, each with an explanatory caption.
