First edition, a limited edition of 200 copies, of which 20 are printed on Arches paper. This is one of those 20 copies on Arches, though it is not numbered on the colophon. However, the frontispiece etching is signed by the artist and numbered 12 of 20. The book is also signed by the author on the colophon. A collection of found poems, accompanied by a lengthy afterword. Square quarto. The type is Dante, cast by Michael and Winifred Bixler, and printed here by Daniel Keleher. The etching was printed at The Heron Press by Bruce Chandler who has also seen the book to press. Original gray paper-covered boards, decoratively stamped in black and gilt, over a black leather spine with blind-stamped titles. Accompanied by a glassine wrapper. Fine.
