Brown cloth boards, near pristine, sharp and clean. Protected dustjacket is clean and bright, mild shelf wear to edges. Book is firm in binding, b&w illustrations throughout, many plates, crisp interior. Published to accompany an 1973 exhibit of paintings, furniture, and sculpture at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts in which forgeries were compared to the real McCoy. Catalogue compares and contrasts its myriad examples, via b&w plates and text by Samuel Sachs. Free of any markings, not ex-library. .
