This "New World Order" conspiracy theory publication heralds the McCarthy era (1950-54) Red Scare hearings, reacting to FDR's New Deal social policies, post-war Jewish migration, and Truman's Fair Employment Practices Committee legislation which disallows hiring and housing discrimination against "Negros" and/or people of color. Williams accuses Jewish Zionists and Communists of organizing a "Minority Machine" to lure the colored races to jobs in the industrial cities, ensuring their votes as "political captives" for the revolution. Jewish bankers are accused of plotting to establish a world government where "the delegations from Europe, Asia and Africa could gang up and vote our wealth away from us, permit the fifth columns to establish a secret police rule like that of Russia, and throw open our gates to a flood of people from Asia and Africa."
