First edition, 8vo, (xii), 250 pp. 24 plates plus 9 folding maps, including 3 in a pocket at the end - one of the latter with a closed tear not affecting the map, lower hinge slightly cracked. Original gilt titled blue cloth, spine browned, some marks and rubbing.
