Reviews
On Apr 3 2020, a reader said:
On Sleepy Horse Range there was a mystery to be solved, and the Kid himself was a mystery as well. The Kid had come looking for a woman "as headstrong and hard to handle as she was beautiful"--and to track down a killer, one who killed from ambush. And he could be hiding behind any door in town....There is a cast of characters in this book which will take you back to an earlier period in publishing history--the pulp magazines--and this one is pure pulp. That in no way diminishes the novel's value or quality; it is simply a form of story that ruled the market place all of those years ago. This is fun stuff to read, and if you never have, why not try one?
