Pp. 90, frontispiece, plus 30 plates; small cr. 4to; pictorial blue cloth, lettered and decorated in black, the boards lightly flecked and worn, edges rubbed, spine slightly faded; ex library copy, with bookplate on upper pastedown and pencilled note on the upper free endpaper that the advertisement leaves originally at the end were 'cut out due to library requirements', the half-title and final text page lightly offset, outer leaves and edges lightly foxed; John Hamilton, London, n.d.[1932].
