A novel about love, life, and death in a hospital. 319 pp. Grey cloth covered boards have black and white text on spine, rough cut fore edge, top edge dyed. 1" upside-down V sign of exposure to moisture on interior hinges at tail of spine, spine ends are rubbed, some of top edge color sunned, very light evidence of exposure to moisture at bottom corners.
