London: Methuan and Co., 1903. Very Good. FIRST TRADE EDITION. 8vo, pp. [xvi], [216] + 38 catalogue (July 1903) as called for (plus 'David' on p.56, line 9, later changed to 'Saul'). Red cloth, gilt lettering to spine. Top edge gilt, others untrimmed, a few pages unopened. Spine sunned, a little rubbed and soiled. Foxing to front edge, front and rear, occasionally to margins. Endpapers browned. Else, bright and tight. Very good.
