Ink inscription of David Fyfe Anderson, dated 1950, to the recto of the front free endpaper. David Fyfe Anderson was a obstetrician and gynaecologist who taught at the University of Glasgow. In a half calf binding with cloth to the boards, bound by Bayntun-Riviere. Externally, smart. A few light marks to the boards and spine, and light rubbing to the extremities. Spine is a little faded. Bookplate to the front paste down. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto of the front free endpaper. Spots to the fore edge and endpapers. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with the occasional scattered spot. Very Good Indeed
