The Folio Society, London, 2005. First Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine Condition/Slipcased. Illustrator: Nick HArdcastle. Introduction by Edward Leeson. Pale green coloured end pages. The text is illustrated with black-and-white drawings by Nick Hardcastle. Illustrated cloth covered boards with black coloured titles to the back strip. Maroon coloured end pages. The entries in each section are numbered, and the sections are actors and the theatre, age, art & artists et cetera et cetera. Very minor rubbing of the book corners and  into fading to the back strip. The slip case shows a little rubbing and fading at the front edges. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. XVI, 272 pages.
