New York: Hastings House Publishers, 1954. First Edition. Hardcover. Good/Fair. Oblong 8vo 8" to 9" tall. A perfectly serviceable reference copy; nothing fancy, but complete and sturdy. Bound in wire-comb, with illustrated light gray paper over boards, blue cloth-backed, in ring-binding. Light soiling to cover, else clean and unmarked of interior but for the previous owner's inscription at first free endpaper. Illustrated paper dust jacket, price-clipped and creased and considerably chipped along edges, now protected in Gaylord. Plentiful black-and-white and full-color reproductions of folk motifs in rural Pennsylvania. 96 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
