Ralston, Agent of the United States and of Counsel, in the matter of the Case of the Pious Fund of the Californias, heard before a Tribunal of the permanent Court of Arbitration under the Hague Convention of 1899, sitting at the Hague September 15, 1902, to October 14, 1902, with pleadings, appendix, exhibits, briefs, and record of the entire proceedings. 891 pp. ex-mus. label on spine and ink numbers on free endpaper. Blind tooling around cover borders with gilt lettering on spine. Spine faded. Corners slightly bumped and dented as are the back cover's borders. Front and back hinge broken otherwise the interior is tight, clean and Very Good +.. Cloth. Good+/No Jacket. Size: Approx. 6 " x 9 1/4". Foreign Relations.
