Laid in is a card for Edith Schaeffer's presentation on "Forever Music" with facsimile signature. A Tribute to the Gift of Creativity: the author describes with feeling the creation of a Steinway baby grand.<br /> <br /> Edith Schaeffer (née Seville) (1914 - 2013) was an author of several bestselling inspirational books with Christian overtones. Schaeffer was born in Wenzhou, China, the fourth child of the Seville's, missionaries serving in China with the China Inland Mission. Schaeffer is listed in Helen Kooiman Hosier's 100 Christian Women Who Changed the Twentieth Century.<br /> <br /> AUTHOR HAS SIGNED below her SKETCH of MOUNTAINS & BIRDS to suggest the deep Alpine background for her lyrical narrative about the creation of a beautiful Steinway baby grand. <br /> <br /> SUPERIOR CONDITION: tight, bright, clean in a Near Fine dust jacket (unclipped) with light wear and slight curling to the edge of the rear flap.
