A neat name and contemporary date to the front free end-paper and a former owner's neat book-plate and "From the Collection of" ticket to the front paste-down. VG indeed in like D/W darkened to the spine. SIGNED BY MICHAEL SADLEIR TO THE TITLE PAGE. D/W and frontispiece famously designed by John Piper. Uncommon, signed.
