London, England: Hutchinson & Co, 1936. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. Octavo, 7.5 in. x 5 in., pp. 339, [4], 1-38 (advertising). Inscribed and signed by the author on the title page. Red cloth boards with dark gray title to front and spine. Rubbing to extremities and light soiing to boards; corners nudged. Repair to spine headcap and back gutter. Endpaper maps. Light spotting to first fourteen pages, then very light occasional spotting througout. Spine and hinges tight. Inscription reads: "For Hubert Harvey, with the best of good wishes for 1936."
