About This Item
Indianapolis, Kansas City, & New York: Bobbs-Merrill Company Inc, 1969. First edition, 8vo, pp. [10] 90; pictorial paper wrappers, with extensive annotations by Israel "Izzy" Young, former owner of the Folklore Center in Greenwich Village, New York, among them such notes as, "The simplicity of a morality play - the angry notion of white on black - better with a white whore and 2 black guys killed by a bunch of white rednecks..." and "I'm glad I do not live in America (U.S.A.) any longer. I'm glad I got out while the going was good..." Very good with light wear to covers and spine.
