Inscribed by Michael Webb on the title page. 112 pp., profusely illustrated with color photos, drawings, plans and models, list of houses and uncompleted projects, and Niles chronology. An exhibition card with color photos signed by Niles laid in. The exhibition "Residential Latitudes" ran between June 13 and July 31, 2003 at ARTS Manhattan in Manhattan Beach, CA. List of architects featured in the exhibition also laid in.
