Board and spine edges worn, staining to fore-edge. This book was written from October 1915 to January 1916 in the form of letter from France, Greece, Serbia, and England. The author visited ten of the twelve sectors of the French front, and was also on the French-British front in the Balkans. Chapter VI (pp. 111-151) is entitled "With the Allies in Salonika. "
