The authors promote peat moss in all phases of gardening over manure, including growing cuttings, transplanting, growing roses, evergreens, bulbs, house plants, etc, with interesting techniques and methods described. The publisher was a distributor of peat moss. Very well-illustrated. A picture of this book is available on request by email.
