Glenwood Springs, CO: Gran Farnum Printing. Good with no dust jacket. 1983. First Printing. Softcover. Centennial edition, first printing. White illustrated wrappers with black lettering on cover. Wrappers are splitting along spine, but are still attached; minor shelf wear and creasing to edges; mild soiling. Staple binding is still fairly tight, but center page has torn off bottom staple. No other pages loose. Interior is clean. Includes black-and-white photos and illustrations throughout.
