Volume III - xiv, 738pp w index. Volume IV - xxii, 805pp. All volumes illustrated w heraldic drawings, frontis port. Text is clean and unmarked. Green cloth w gold lettering in black title panel to cover and spine. Bumping to corners, no edgewear. Bindings square and sound. Octavo. This set came from a reference library and did not see circulation. Each volume showing lib stamp to top edge of text block and bottom of each title page. Lib cat no stamped to top corner ffep and title. No other library markings. This facsimile reprint edition (1977) is of works originally published for H. Colburn by R. Bentley, London, 1834-1838. Volume I includes a reprint of Index to the pedigrees in Burke's commoners, by G. Ormerod, originally printed in 1907 for the Provost of Queen's College, Oxford
