Washington, DC: Smithsonian Institution Press, 1980. First edition. Large softcover. 96 pages. A collection of 84 black and white photographs of Eisenstaedt's native Germany. Features text contributions by Joshua C. Taylor, Klaus Honnef, Gregory A. Vitiello, and a brief piece by Eisenstaedt. Includes images taken in the 1930 and again in the late 1970s. A very good copy in photo-illustrated wrappers with some toning to and along the spine and edges and some other minor wear. Internally a clean copy.
