A former teacher, she is the founder/owner of Retirement Benefit Systems, a financial planning firm in California, and also runs a network of investment clubs whose members now number in the tens of thousands. Known for her speaking engagements and investment guide videotapes, she has been profiled in the Los Angeles Times and other papers, has appeared on Lifetime’s “New Attitudes” and ABC Eyewitness News, and has appeared numerous times on ABC’s “The View.” She is also the author of Get Your Share. Get Your Share and Fund Your Future have been developed into television series on personal finance, and are currently airing on PBS.
