About the author

John Butler worked for over 15 years asan interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodity strategist at major banks around the world before founding Amphora Capital, an independent investment and advisory firm, in London. He has written extensively on financial topics, and his work has been cited in the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal, and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, among other publications.
