Inscribed on the front end paper "To William H. Bowen, with whom i fought the "Battle of the Naval Reserve" at War Memorial Park - Ray Poindexter." Bowen is the namesake of the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.. Inscribed By the Author. First Edition.. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good.
