Contains many illustrations; photographs, drawings, paintings, and maps in black and white, with some in full color. 573 pp. Dustjacket is nicely illustrated in brown and off-white color themes with black and brown lettering. <br><br>Condition: This edition is very good. There is light rubbing on dustjacket and moderately bumped corners. Pages are crisp and clean. Gift inscription in red ink on front end paper. At over 4 lbs., due to its size and weight, additional postage may be needed. Full refund if not satisfied.
