G+/G+, used hc, vi-xii, 324 pages plus 12 pages of Index. Illustrated beige colored cloth over boards with rust and aqua colored text on spine; very minor shelf wear to head and tail of spine. Color illustrated dust jacket with white, black, and rust colored text on upper, and black and white colored text on spine; very minor edge wear with a ding though the mylar cover at the head of the spine and very small chips at head and tail of spine; encased in mylar protective cover that is scuffed but the actual dj is not. Interior pages are clean, unmarked, uncreased. Deckle edges. Binding is tight and straight.
