Book - Light browning and/or staining at edges of endpapers, light toning at edges of pages, a series of tiny indentations at fore-edge of front pastedown ( caused by laid-in document staples), faint areas of colour variation on covers, light browning at edges of text block. Address by Honourable Lionel Chevrier - last page (12) is detached, has small edge tears/creases, some staple indentations and some ink notation on rear. Great Lakes-St. Lawrence Deep Waterway... has a soft crease down the centre, some patches of light browning on rear cover. 'Beauharnois Development' has two small corner creases. Documents that have staples have rust on the staples. Envelope has some light wrinkling and light rubbing.. Hard Cover. Very Good-/No Jacket - (as issued).
