About the author

Eugene H. Peterson is a pastor, scholar, writer, and poet. After teaching at a seminary and then giving nearly thirty years to church ministry, he created The Message, the vibrant Bible translation that connects with today's readers like no other. Eugene and his wife, Jan, now live in his native Montana. They are the parents of three and the grandparents of six.
Randall Niles is CFO and director of operations for www.allaboutgod.com, an Internet-based ministry dedicated to truth-seeking. Randall is a trained corporate attorney who also teaches business, law, and philosophy at Colorado Christian University. He lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with his wife and three kids.
