About This Item

New York: Quadrangle/The New York Times Book Co., 1973. Published in The New York Times over two decades, these delicious recipes include everything from French tarts to Chinese smoked chicken, over 400 recipes in all. This BCE edition is in Fine, unread condition and includes a Fine dust jacket. I've placed the dust jacket into a Brodart protective sleeve. The book includes numerous full-color inserts. The book is bound in a gray woven cloth with silver spine lettering. It has very light edge rubbing. The book measures 5 5/8 by 8 1/2 inches and includes 331 pages. (A really excellent non-acidic paper stock was used so that the pages are as white and bright as the day this was published over 35 years ago.). Hard Cover. Fine/Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
