First Edition, later printing. Signed presentation from Connelly on the front endpaper: "For Ellen Lundberg-Nyblow, with happy memories, of her kindness and hospitality. Sincerely, Marc Connelly. Stockholm, Nov. 17, 1932." Awarded the 1931 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and adapted into the very successful 1936 movie of the same name, which is considered by many to be an outstanding milestone in American cinema. The is a first edition, later printing with "Thirteenth Large Edition" printed on the supplied dust jacket. Very Good (spine sunned to tan); minor wear d/j. $175.00.
