Stated First Ed. 118 p. illus. 20 cm. Red cloth over boards with black Harper logo on cover and title on spine. Only defect is a 3/4" x 1/2" light water spot at bottom of cover. Contents are in "like new" condition. Unclipped DJ has 2" closed tear on front panel. Spine is darkened. Otherwise minor edge wear. Combination of two short stories and 12 sermons in verse in the style of stories told by Southern African-Americans. Size: Duodecimo (12 mo; up to 7 3/4" / 17.5-20 cm tall). 118 pages.
