Gunnison, Co: Self Published, 1980 Front and rear hinges cracked, a few inches each, and have been mended. Binding is sturdy. Pastedown on the front cover is missing, but the book is still attractive without it. Gilt titles and decortions. Light edge wear wih some fraying at the bottom spine end. Inscribed by the author, Van, on the title page. Light, and barely noticeable, evidence of humidity on the bottom edge.. First Edition. Hard Cover, Brown Leatherette. Good/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" Tall, 472 Pages.
